UK Medix tips on the best ways to taking your Xenical

Firstly, you need to understand that taking Xenical alone will probably not be condusive for permanent weight loss without some kind of help from you. A lifestyle change is needed, we at UK medix even recommend that you change some things around you so that you are reminded of the change every day, enabling you to focus and get on the right track.

Increasing your daily exercise is a necessary part of your lifestyle change and it will differ depending on how active your lifestyle was/ is before the change. Ideally, it should involve going to the gym for at least half an hour a day or taking a walk to the shops every day. Just remember that the more exercise you do, the more calories you burn which means the more weight you lose, UK Medix would like to add at this point that there are limitations to this theory and you do need a break sometimes.
When taking Xenical try to stick to a reduced fat diet as this will aid your weight loss and limit the side effects. Roche recommend that you stick to a diet of less than 30% fat but UK Medix find that an easier way to keep track is by the actual fat content in your days. If you are trying to stick to a 1500 calorie a day diet, try to make sure that your daily fat content is no higher than 49. The fat content of most foods is shown on the label of the item, however UK Medix have put together a short list with some examples of fat content for your perusal.

Take one capsule with a full glass of water at each main meal. We recommend that you take it within the first 30 minutes after your meal however Roche advise that it would be just as effective whether taken one hour before up to an hour after the meal.

Take a multivitamin with Xenical as it works on the digestive system and may result in a depletion of some of the key vitamins such as D, K, E and A.

And finally, UK Medix would also recommend that you set yourself up with support around you, this can be done with the help of a friend or diet group or even by joining the UK Medix plus forums on Xenical at the link below:
