It appears that some consumers having bought Xenical online from a website that supported to be based in the United States of America ended up by not actually receiving the Xenical weight loss drug but by being sent a completely different medication, Reductil. Both Xenical and Reductil are very effective weight loss medications and if they are bought with a doctor’s prescription they can greatly help people suffering from obesity. However they are completely different in the way that they work and for example Xenical is particularly good for people who have heart problems and therefore cannot take certain appetite suppressants like Reductil.
