From our research at Ukmedix News we reckon that people who diet with the Mediterranean diet are definitely the happiest dieters of all. A Mediterranean diet includes many different foods and comes in many tasty nutritious varieties. It is also abundant with fish and allows you to eat carbs and fat in moderation.

We have seen that other diets while being effective often leave the dieters miserable and unmotivated. It is important to look at your diet as not just a quick fix which you can endure for a few weeks before you finally get fed up and go back to your old eating habits but you must consider your diet as a long distance run that will never end.
Whatever diet plan you end up choosing you must be realistic and practical. It is no point deciding to eat salads for lunch every day if you hate them. You would be much better off having a small plate of pasta or a steak if this is what you like to eat. What you eat should not just be about satisfying you physically but also satisfying you mentally.
A Mediterranean diet has such a vast variety of different things that can all be eaten in moderation that you are very much spoiled for choice. If you eat a limited amount of things you are bound to get bored of them and eating will not become something to look forward to.
Healthy people and trim people look forward to their meals and savour every single bite. Just because you are losing weight or maintaining a good figure does not mean that you have to live a boring life when it comes to food. Healthy food is very often tasty food. And the good news is according to new research people who eat a Mediterranean diet have a lower incidence of rheumatoid arthritis than people who use other diets.
