Be Careful Of Lipodissolve

The crucial compound called Phosphatidycholine is injected into the body

Ukmedix News has heard some worrying reports about a new cosmetic procedure which can be used to remove fat in parts of the body. The procedure involves an injection into fatty parts of the body and the idea is that the fat will “melt away” things like love handles, man boobs and thunder thighs without surgery.

Be Careful Of Lipodissolve

The treatment which is called Lipodissolve body sculpting therapy has not been tested by all medical authorities in Europe and in some countries it is completely banned. The therapy which uses soybean extracts has been completed banned in Brazil and has been refused advertising consent in the United Kingdom.

Lipodissolve which some people think is an easy non-surgical alternatives to liposuction comes with a number of risks which should not be ignored. Some people have ended up with unsightly scars and have experienced extreme swelling with this treatment but the majority of people claim that they got good results. The crucial compound called Phosphatidycholine is injected into the fatty body parts and it dissolves fat cells over an eight to twelve week period. Lipodissolve is also sold under the names Lipostabil, Lipomelt or Flabjab.

At a glance this treatment could be extremely effective for some people who have stubborn parts of the body which will just not go away no matter how much they diet. However our concern at Ukmedix News is that it has not been tested enough and is therefore not properly authorised by the Food & Drug Administration in America or even the EMEA in Europe.

In Germany however it is allowed to be used but only to prevent fat embolism in blood vessels and thus it has a proper clinical application as opposed to only a cosmetic one.

If you come across this type of therapy you should be extremely careful and take proper medical advice before you go ahead. Remember that earlier this year a woman from the UK claimed that she had been left with permanent disfiguration after trying it. You should always be wary of clinics advertising easy cosmetic weight loss solutions.
