At Ukmedix News we often talk about proactive healthy eating plans and we like to encourage people to not think of losing weight as a negative thing which involves pain and suffering but something which is positive and involves change. When you come up with the lists of foods that you are going to eat in order to shed weight make sure you include things that you enjoy eating. You’ll not be able to eat as much as you want of whatever you like obviously, but you should occasionally allow yourself treats.

You should look at it like this. Instead of making a specific effort to eat less of certain foods think of it as making a bigger effort to eat more of healthy and nutritious foods like fruits and veg. For example go out and buy the best apples, oranges and a list of other types of fruit which you enjoy eating and allow yourself to tuck into them whenever you feel hunger pangs. To increase your intake of vegetables put a larger proportion of vegetables on your plate then you usually do. Vegetables do not always have to be dull and bland and if you look at good recipe books you will come up with delicious ways of cooking them.
Try and increase the amount of fibre that you eat. Fibre is not only good for your digestion and metabolism but also is very filling and full of energy. If you are going to be exercising eating fibre will give you the stamina you need. Don’t eat bland food when you are trying to lose weight because while you may have the willpower to do it for a few days or even a week after a bit you will start to crave tasty food. Add lots of spices, garlic and chillies. Chillies have even been shown to slightly increase the digestive metabolism of a person.
