The world famous supermodel Kate Moss is apparently on a diet! You might find this a little bit weird especially when you consider that she is one of the skinniest girls in the business and she definitely doesn’t have a weight problem. In fact the opposite applies as many people say that she is too thin and is a bad role model to teenage girls as she encourages them to eat too little so that they can be like her.

However Kate Moss is not on a weight loss diet but only a healthy diet. She has realised that at her age she no longer looks amazing all the time and that she needs to take care of her skin and her body. The heavy partying, the excessive drinking and drug taking has all taken a toll on her and she knows that if she wants to continue modeling until she is in her forties she had better look after herself.
A healthy diet of fruit and vegetables is not just good for your weight but also good for your general complexion. People who eat healthily look good and people who eat junk food whether they are thin or not look unhealthy and unattractive. If you are going to make a serious commitment to lose some weight you will not just reap the benefits of looking good because you are not carrying excess fat on your body but you’ll also notice that your face will give off an aura of healthiness and good living.
Apparently Kate Moss has put on 5lb. in weight over the last few months and her friends said that she is looking much healthier. She is eating lots of fruit and vegetables and sleeping properly. Probably most importantly for her she has cut down on her drug taking and her alcohol intake which will reap many benefits. Lastly she’s probably feeling a lot better. Losing weight and eating healthily makes you feel good, gives you energy and makes you enjoy life more.
