Boost Your Confidence....Lose Weight

Don’t underestimate the effect being thin can have on your confidence. Both men and women feel much better about themselves when they are at a normal weight. They are able to fit into their clothes better, sit down more comfortably and generally get around more easily than when they are overweight.

Being overweight just complicates your life as you are more likely to be overtired and lethargic and this in turn can make you irritable. When you go out to eat you are always going to feel bad when you eat a lot and this can also cause you embarrassment when other people observe you eating so much. Overweight people also tend to get jealous of thinner people and this can cause friction in social situations.
It really is not worth being overweight when you think of the hundreds of problems that come with it. Fat people say that they don’t see why they should have to spend their lives in the gym and eat healthily all the time and that they choose to be fat, but the fact is they are in denial and really they would rather be thin than fat.
Being thin sets you free! You are able to interact with your friends easily and you do not have the psychological weight of what they think about you being overweight on your shoulders. You will find yourself far more relaxed, far more easygoing and probably have far more fun if you lose weight. Is food really that important in your day? Is it really necessary to eat that much?
You need to be brutally honest with yourself and what you want to attain and who you want to be before you set out on a weight loss diets. Many people who have lost weight say that the challenge is all psychological and that once clear goals have been set and lifestyle changes made for the long term losing weight isn’t really all that difficult.
Focus on the positive aspects of losing weight and how you will feel when you are thin and fit and this should help to motivate you at times when you are weakening and want to overeat.

This is really the most ridiculous thing I have ever read. Don't you think "fat" people have problems that doesn't show on the surface, thats why they over eat? Thin people have issues too >.<
