Cameron And Drew Diet Together

Women are often motivated to lose weight when they are single...

Only recently we analysed some research that shows that when people work out a diet together they often achieve better results than those people who try to go it alone. The extra support and element of competition that is apparent from a joint effort can really work wonders.

Cameron And Drew Diet Together

Now it appears that Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore the two famous Hollywood starlets are thinking in the same lines……maybe they have been reading Ukmedix News? Cameron and Drew who have been buddies for years and who worked together in the film Charlie’s Angels have been dieting, working out and generally swapping notes on weight loss. They have something else in common which is likely to have spurred them into their weight loss program and that is that they have both recently split up from their boyfriends.

Women are often motivated to lose weight when they are single as they reckon that they have more chance of finding a new man if they are looking slim. This makes sense but remember that if you eat a healthy diet all the time you won’t need to do this. Yo Yo patterns of dieting are very unhealthy in the long term and you should try to maintain a constant weight all the time rather than have weight fluctuations. People whose weight fluctuates all the time are likely to have more health complications in the long term.

At Ukmedix News we find it hard to believe that Cameron Diaz needs to lose weight as she always looks so thin and if anything we think a pound or two wouldn’t go amiss on her. While Drew Barrymore is definitely a curvy woman we hope she doesn’t become a stick and starve herself like so many other Hollywood actresses. Ukmedix advises that the stress that is sometimes around after a break up should be dealt with by extra exercise. Exercise is a brilliant way of distressing yourself and getting fit and trim. Don’t be tempted to change your eating patterns but just focus on the gym and exercise.
