The world famous singer and pop star Mariah Carey has been talking about the way she recently lost weight and got into shape. She is already known as a curvy woman and being famous you can't afford to be overweight as your image will suffer and then eventually your record sales may start to slide too.
She claims that she invented her own diet and that it really worked. She calls it the Morsel Diet and the gist of it is that you can eat whatever you like but that it has to be only a small morsel and no more than a forkful. So far the singer has shed 14.5 kilos over 4 months (she must have been pretty big before) and its all thanks to her self invented diet.
Mariah says that she still needs to lose another 2.3 kilos before she will be back to her former self and that her incentive for her weight loss was her upcoming world concert tour. Mariah has not just been content with her diet but has been using exercise to tone herself up and also to boost her weight loss. She claims her abs are like steel and she is spending at least an hour daily with physical activity including the latest 'must have' fad for work outs the aerobic water work out.
Mariah is known to be someone who loves to eat and her favourite food is pasta and she loves carbs. Her new diet is extreme but is quite sensible in that it lets you have some of your favourite things thus reducing certain cravings. Portion control a very sensible way to diet and is probably the most effective diet of all. Exercising along with diet can optimise your weight loss and no serious diet plan leaves out exercise.
