Ukmedix has seen research that shows that by skipping out breakfast from your daily meal routine does not mean that you will necessarily lose weight. In fact studies have shown that those people who often leave out breakfast from their daily eating patterns more often than not have higher body mass index (BMI) levels than those who eat breakfast on a regular basis.
It can't be that the act of not eating breakfast actually causes you to put on weight but just that people who miss meals tend to make up for it too much later on in the day and also that overweight people think of skipping breakfast as an easy way to cut down on daily calorie intake. People who don't have a structured breakfast often are those who are always snacking during the day and tend to eat sweets and choclates to stop the hunger pangs and these snacks often contain more calories than the original breakfast that they skipped.
Having a good healthy breakfast gives you energy for the day ahead and also reduces the anticipation of lunch and the constant thinking of food that accompanies hunger. A good breakfast gives you diet plan structure and discipline that can help you to stop eating during the day. Don't kid yourself into thinking that this means that you can have a full english breakfast with all the trimming everyday and that you will lose weight as this will not be the case.
Ukmedix advises that a good breakfast of say wholegrain bread, cereal or some fruit and maybe a small amount of protein like an egg or two can get the day going well keep you from getting hungry all morning as well as provide vitamins and other nutritional goodies that'll keep you healthy and well. Taking an apple or an orange to work is also a good way of fighting mid morning snack urges and keeping your weight under control. If you eat in the morning you also get your metabolism and digestive system working and running fast which will make you more alert and make you burn more calories in the long run.
