A new entry for the Ukmedix Healthy Hall of Fame is the US actress Anne Hathaway; and for those of you don’t know what the Ukmedix Healthy Hall of Fame is, it is a little recognition that Ukmedix News gives to actresses who eat healthily and make a point of telling people to eat sensibly and not starve themselves and therefore become good role models for teenage children and other people who are very conscious of their appearance.

Anne Hathaway has hit the news recently after she very clearly spoke out about the fact that she would rather lose a good acting job than starve herself for role. Anne Hathaway is famous for her acting in the film Becoming Jane and has on a number of occasions spoken to the press and has said that she is content with the way she looks, that she likes her voluptuous curves and that she sees no reason why she should diet just to please some image obsessed film directors.
She said that she would rather be strong and skinny and she said that she has been put under pressure by a number of directors to lose weight and that as far as she’s concerned she just doesn’t want to deal with them. She went on to note that when she was a teenager and growing up she was very aware about the way she looked and the way her figure looked but now he knows that the most important point is to be healthy and not to be completely obsessed about how much you weigh.
We’ve seen many different research projects at Ukmedix News and we know that people who are very obsessed and overly conscious of their weight are most likely to end up eating unhealthily. Research even shows that people who weigh themselves every day are often more unhealthy and more overweight or obese than people who do not weigh themselves on a regular basis.
