have been found to contain undisclosed ingredients

The Ministry of Environment & Water in Abu Dhabi has stepped in to ban the sale and marketing of Leptin Green Coffee 800 and Leptin Slimming Bag Green Tea both which are purported to be natural weight loss products but following clinical testing in government laboratories have been found to contain undisclosed ingredients including prescription medication. Speaking on behalf of the MOEW its Acting Director-General said that the products were not to be imported into the United Arab Emirates or sold in any markets or shops.

Both of these products are using the name Leptin for two reasons. Firstly leptin is an important hormone compound which is instrumental in the metabolic process of humans. Scientists have experimented with leptin because it is known to play a part in the regulation of energy and appetite but no weight loss remedies using leptin have been licensed or are effective.

The second reason why the word leptin was used is because it sounds similar to Lipton which is the name of one of the largest tea companies in the world and thus they were trading on the fact that some people might be misled and believe that they were buying something from a reputable company.

The company that produces these dangerous green teas is called America Leptin Pharmaceuticals however it appears that they are manufactured in the Middle East, have nothing to do with America and in fact have already been banned in Saudi Arabia.

A statement put out by Unilever who own the Lipton tea company clarified that they were in no way linked with American Leptin Pharmaceutical Ltd and that none of their tea products contained anything other than tea made from natural tea leaves.

This case highlights the extent to which the manufacturers of these bogus weight loss products will go to try and make their products look authentic and genuine. Using fake weight loss products is not only dangerous but has been known to cause death.

If you do need to use weight loss whether to lose weight you should stick to the tried and tested legal versions such as Xenical. You should always have a weight loss consultation before you use any weight loss product and this can be done on the Ukmedix web site discreetly.
