all of your depression and problems in life could be cured by getting exercise

Taking pills because you are stressed, unhappy or unable to sleep? Maybe what you should really be doing is throwing away the tablets and just getting some exercise. You might think that the idea of getting exercise is too much to deal with but surely it is better than living an unhappy life full of stress and being unable to sleep at night.

throw away your pills, just get exercise instead

People make so many excuses about not exercising; like they do not have the time but quite frankly do they have the time to spend most of the night awake? Is it not worth spending an hour a day in the gym to be able to be in a happy and relaxed frame of mind for the rest of the day?

It may be that all of your depression and problems in life could be cured by getting exercise. As well as giving you happiness, relaxation and sleep, exercise will give you good cardio health and keep you in shape. There is nothing like being slim as a way to makes you feel good about yourself, and there is nothing worse than feeling fat to put you in a bad mood.

If you focus on the positive benefits that exercise will have on your life it makes the process of going down to the gym or going for a run much less psychologically boring and tedious. If you can focus on how good the exercise is going to make you feel it will boost your motivation and get your adrenaline going.

Some people find the repetitive nature of cardiovascular exercise extremely boring and if you are one of these people just avoid it and instead try strength training, circuit training or anything else which breaks up the repetition and monotony.

Feeling good about yourself will mean that you are less likely to fall into the trap of eating high calorie food and you will be therefore dealing a double blow to any weight problems that you might have.

Do not procrastinate and just find a way to make exercise a part of your life!

I could not agree with you more about the importance of exercising, however you have no right to tell people to throw away their pills, only their doctor can tell them to do this.

This article is so true; there is nothing better than exercise. In fact, if we all exercise, diseases such as high blood pressure or cholesterol wouldn’t be an issue. Exercise, exercise, exercise…

When I was little I had asthma and I had to use inhalers at all time, but the inhalers gave me tachycardia. So I decided to stop taking the medication and I started exercising ( which I wasn’t supposed to do)and after the years my asthma went away. So I believe in exercise!
