The Low Down On Weight Loss

Dieting can be a complete waste of time if it involves you eating food that you don’t like and following exercise habits that you don’t enjoy. If you are not the sort of person who wants to socialise in a gym with loud music and muscle bound people all over the place just don’t go to the gym. If you are happier going for a walk or a gentle jog in the park then by all means do that.

It’s all about finding something that works for you and there are thousands of different ways of eating and exercising. Throw away all those diet books and make your own lifestyle plan which allows you to eat what you want to and to exercise in the way that you feel comfortable and in a way that you enjoy.
At Ukmedix News we have written time and time again about keeping weight loss and weight maintenance simple and easy. Anything which involves complicated recipes, regular weighing, certain foods on certain days but not on others and complete eradication of certain food types is bound to fail. In fact this is not just some theory that we dreamt up in the Ukmedix Newsroom but something which has been statistically proven in more than one clinical trial.
If you want to know what is the diet which is the most likely for you to succeed with it is simple calorie reduction. Quite simply if you cut your portions down and continue eating the same food but just less of it you are most likely to go the whole mile with it. Drastic changes to your eating habits produce statistically greater chances of weight loss failure.
Simply by cutting out calorie laden fizzy drinks, making your portions smaller, eating fruits and veg and going for a long walk a minimum of three times a week is possibly all you need to reach physical perfection.

I do not agree with everything in this article. Smaller portions yes, but you do have to eliminate certain foods if you want to be successful.
