The Best Way To Lose Weight With Exercise Is....

The most important thing that you need to consider is what works for you

What is the best way to lose weight with exercise? This is a million dollar question which it seems that everybody has a different answer too. What bugs us at Ukmedix News is the way that people preach about how their own exercise plan is the best to lose weight as if what they say is pure gospel and cannot be contradicted.

the best way to lose weight with exercise is....

How many times have you heard people saying that you can't lose body fat lifting heavy weights and that you have to do cardiovascular exercise? Other exercise preachers say that the best way to lose weight is to do circuit training and others swear by Pilates or Yoga.

The most important thing that you need to consider is what works for you. You need to do something which is practical, reasonable and enjoyable. If for example you find cardiovascular exercise boring and repetitive, don't do it or at least limit it to a quick warm up run so that you don't dread your workouts.

In the same way if you reckon that the whole idea of going to the gym is not you, try other physical activity like playing tennis, squash or going for a run or brisk walk in the park. The point is to find something that fits into your lifestyle which you enjoy and which makes you exert yourself and sweat. Maybe get yourself a dog so you'll have to take it for a walk every day!

If getting exercise the year is considered to be a chore and a pain you will soon stop doing it, on the other hand if you can fit it into your day and make it something you look forward to You will be creating a virtuous circle of positivity and energy that will keep you in good shape for the rest of your life.
