completely cut out all liquid calories

Ukmedix News believes in keeping it simple and we have written countless articles on simple weight loss tips which when all added up can make a big difference to your overall weight loss.

Some More Weight Loss Ideas

Here are some more useful tips to stop the pounds piling on without really having to make drastic changes in your life.

One of the best weight loss tips is to completely cut out all liquid calories. In order to survive the only thing you need to drink is water and by sticking to this zero calorie drink you can make a big difference your overall calorie intake every single day. You may find that simply by having the odd sugary drink now and then is the only thing that is making you put on weight. If you are getting really bored with the water try green tea or other herbal teas, skimmed milk and the odd diet drink.

Another ridiculously simple weight loss tip is to use a small plate and a small fork. This can firstly make sure that you don’t pile up your plate too much and secondly make sure that you eat slowly. A small fork means that you can only take small mouthfuls and thus you will not stuff yourself full of food extremely quickly. Research shows that people who eat fast tend to eat more.

Many people trying to maintain their weight, (especially women) say that one of their weaknesses is chocolate and they just can’t get through a whole day without a little bit. This is obviously a problem because chocolate contains a huge amount of calories, however a little tip for those chocoholics is to get a cheese grater and grate up a few small squares of their favourite chocolate. This will make the chocolate quantity appear bigger for a reduced amount of calories.

Have a look at your day and work out where you can make small changes to keep the weight off. Remember that while these little things may seem insignificant if you do them every single day they will add up and can make the difference between weight loss and weight gain.
