on average they reduced their calorie count by 1/5.

OK, check this out for the simplest and easiest diet known to man with proven results! This diet requires no books, no complicated eating plans, no calorie counting, no exercise but it will definitely make you consume twenty percent less calories than you previously ate! The diet which resulted from a study headed by Professor Brian Wansink from the Cornell Food and Brand Lab looked at almost 80 adults and saw that when they applied his simple advice on average they reduced their calorie count by 1/5.

OK here it is!  All you have to do is make sure that when you fill your plate you do so from a kitchen counter which is well out of sight of the table where you actually consume the food. Nothing more and nothing less! Professor Wansink who called his study Serve Here; Eat There, said that when the food was out of sight the chances of a person refilling their plates was drastically reduced and therefore the overall calorie count fell.

This simple act of keeping unhealthy food out of sight could well be the best strategy of all for weight loss.  Avoid fast food restaurants, empty out your fridge of late night snacks, stock up with healthy food all over the place and generally plan ahead so that you don't get yourself into a situation where you are tempted to overeat. Leaving bowls of fruit lying around the house could make a big difference to your weight in the long term.

We have always argued at Ukmedix News that the best eating plans are the simplest one and that the best weight loss tips are extremely practical and easy to follow. This has been borne out by a number of research projects which show that the more complicated a diet is the more likely you are to fail.

No harm in giving it a try? It could change your life!
