Silvio Berlusconi works out on a regular basis

Well known as one of the most image conscious and vain European politicians, the Prime Minister of Italy Silvio Berlusconi has recently lost a few kilos in order to keep himself in shape.

silvio berlusconi on a diet

Mr. Berlusconi who is now 74 years old and is still described as a playboy and a party animal reportedly took to drinking a lot of herbal tea [probably green tea] to help him to shed about four kilos.

Despite the fact that he is in his seventies, Silvio Berlusconi works out on a regular basis, does not eat unhealthily and is known for frequent visits to his cosmetic surgeon to tweak his appearance. He has had a hair transplant and an eyelid lift to name just some of his cosmetic procedures.

Mr. Berlusconi is also known to place a great emphasis on relaxation and living La Vita Bella which he credits with his youthful personality and appearance. In fact Mr. Berlusconi is hardly ever out of the tabloid newspapers for his womanising exploits, including a reported affair with an underage dancer Ruby Rubacuori.

People who look after themselves and stay trim are more likely to be able to have good sex as they get older. In fact there is no reason why men in their seventies should be unable to have regular sex provided that they have kept away from cigarettes, fast food and excessive drinking. With a little bit of help from the erectile dysfunction medication Viagra, Cialis and Levitra they should be able to have sex until they die!

Many older people just let themselves go when it comes to health and this is always a mistake. You should be even more conscious of what you eat the older you get and there is no excuse for  not getting a long walk every day to keep yourself fit.
