an eating plan which you will stick to for the rest of your life

If we had to give you one weight loss tip at Ukmedix News it would be this.  Formulate an eating plan which you are able to stick to for the rest of your life. If you come up with a short term weight loss plan just to get yourself in shape for a special occasion or for the summer you are bound to put the weight back on when you start to go back to your normal eating habits again.

rest of your life diet

More and more nutritionists and doctors are coming around to the idea that going on a diet is in fact the worst thing you can do for weight loss. What you need to do is in fact just change the way you live and the way you eat so that you throw out the unhealthy eating habits and instead include lots of nutritious food stuffs into your daily diet.

If you do want to call the way you eat a diet, you should call it the Rest Of Your Life Diet. Always look at the big picture and the long term when it comes to the way you eat. Remember that eating healthy means that you are much less likely to get cancer, heart disease and hundreds of other illnesses. You'll have better sex, you'll live longer and contrary to what many obese people say you will be happier!

For the Rest Of Your Life Diet you need to make a list of foods that you really enjoy eating like burgers and pizza and limit yourself to just eating them once a week. Make it a special occasion and something to look forward to, but for the rest of the time you need to think, lean protein, fruit, vegetables, fibre and a healthy dose of exercise two or three times a week.

don't make it complicated, be honest with yourself and you'll find that the Rest Of Your Life Diet will work wonders for you and your health. Unfortunately the Rest Of Your Life Diet will never be as popular as the hundreds of diets promoted in diet books and chat shows all over the world because it doesn't give you an easy quick term fix.

You cannot stick to something for the rest of your life, there are always the exceptions and that is what ruins your eating plan!
