Make it a special occasion and something to look forward to, but for the rest of the time you need to think, lean protein, fruit, vegetables, fibre and a healthy dose of exercise two or three times a week.
don't make it complicated, be honest with yourself and you'll find that the Rest Of Your Life Diet will work wonders for you and your health. Unfortunately the Rest Of Your Life Diet will never be as popular as the hundreds of diets promoted in diet books and chat shows all over the world because it doesn't give you an easy quick term fix.
