We love inspirational weight loss stories!

At Ukmedix News we love inspirational weight loss stories! The most recent one to make its way to our newsroom is the case of Nigel Waymark from Hadleigh who has lost a whopping six stone!

Radio DJ Loses Six Stone And More On The Way

Nigel who works as an amateur DJ for the Maldon community radio station called Saint FM decided to take up a weight loss challenge when presenting his Sunday morning show. His take on the whole experience is that the whole thing about losing weight “is in the mind!”

Nigel who was previously described as morbidly obese has now become a bit of a health fanatic and has decided to quit smoking too!

The battle is not quite over for Nigel who still weighs fifteen stone but psychologically he seems to have conquered all of his demons and is even training for a twenty mile bike ride to raise money for charity.

What these weight loss stories do is prove to everybody out there that nobody is too far gone to lose weight. Even the man once classified as the world’s heaviest man who lives in Mexico City has managed to lose huge amount of weight despite being immobile.

At Ukmedix News we understand that initially weight loss can seem to be daunting and impossible but once the first few weeks of healthy eating and exercising have kicked in you should start to enjoy your new healthier lifestyle and begin to understand the benefits. Being very overweight is uncomfortable and horrible to live with.  It saps your confidence and prevents you from becoming the person you want to be. Nobody really wants to be overweight despite what they say!

So take the bull by the horns and start to eat healthily as from now! If Nigel can do it there’s no reason why you can’t either.
