The woman who is 34 years old has not been identified

Defying medical experts a woman has given birth to a healthy baby despite weighing in excess of 550lb. (250kilos)! The Russian woman who gave birth in Moscow is a medical phenomenon because women very rarely are able to conceive when they are that overweight.

Quarter Ton Woman Has A Baby

The woman who is 34 years old has not been identified and the doctors only gave out information that the baby was a boy and that he weighed 4.4lb. at birth. They also said that the labour was induced artificially for health reasons and that it continued for five hours.

Ms. Irina Osadcheva speaking on behalf of the Moscow Maternity Clinic explained that it is extremely rare for women who weigh over 150 kilos to be able to get pregnant because they tend to have hormonal problems which prevent them from conceiving.

At Ukmedix News we have previously written about how there is a link between infertility and obesity and that a good bit of advice for women who are trying to conceive is to lose weight. We have also published evidence which shows that even men who are overweight or obese reduce their chances of being able to procreate. Overweight women also tend to give birth to children of a lower weight and other studies point to a whole list of other medical conditions which appear more often in this group of women.

Women often put on excess weight when they are pregnant because they relax their eating habits and overeat with the excuse that they are not only feeding themselves but also the baby. Women however should be even more careful about their diet when they are pregnant than when they are not because the health of the baby can be greatly determined by what they eat at this time.

It is obvious that fat people have a lot more trouble doing anything that a healthy person has... finding job, having sex, exercising, etc...

There is no reason for you two above to insult and ridicule people who are fat. Some people are overwight because of medication they are taking or illness. You aught to be constructive with your remarks and not distructive the way you have been, in my opinion you have a greater problem than overweight....its called the sicknes of being

empty-headed!! so take a look at yourself.

Some of you have good points about obesity! Unfortunately it is a really that when fat people look for a job, they are badly judge ans treat, even, in cases when obesity is the result of illness. No body, no body should be discriminated, on the other hand, obese people have a hard time performing some kinds of jobs, reason why the are consider useless in some areas. Sad but it is real.
