Proactol Will Pay You To Eat And Do Nothing

looking for a slob who prepared to lie around all day and consume burgers

To some people this could be the dream job! Proactol Ltd who produce diet pills want to employ somebody to eat junk food and do no exercise whatsoever for a whole year and will pay them £24,000 a year!  They’re basically looking for a slob who prepared to lie around all day and consume burgers, Chinese takeaways, pizza or whatever takes their fancy provided that it is loaded with calories.

Proactol Will Pay You To Eat And Do Nothing

In an advertisement which has been seen in job centres around the United Kingdom, Proactol Ltd said that they would require you to consume an extra four hundred calories a day, that they were looking for a “professional couch potato” and that there were “No strings, no catches”. The job title of this unusual work is a Product Testing Associate and Proactol Ltd said that while no holidays will be given every day would feel like a holiday.

However there is a small sting in this tale in that the successful applicant will have to take the Proactol diet pill regularily and report back to the company about its effects positive and negative. The applicant will also be required to spend a short period being monitored in a Proactol facility before being allowed to ‘work from home’.

There’s no guarantee that this weight loss pill will be effective and therefore you could end up with a chronic weight problem at the end of the job as well as suffering from the unknown side effects of this diet pill.

It is imagined a few people will really think that they have hit the jackpot with this job but in fact there’s nothing fun in the long term about eating loads of junk food. It makes you lethargic, unhealthy, increases the chances of you getting heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer and strokes just to name a few of the proven obesity side effects.

So is it really such a great job after all?
