Police in the United Kingdom have put out warnings to anyone who has bought diet pills from a chain of weight loss clinics called Easyslim. The police said that anybody who had been given anything from the clinic should visit a doctor and get a medical checkup.

The Easyslim clinics are being investigated by organised crime officers from the Hertfordshire Police and a woman has been arrested and charged with the illegal supply of medications. She has been remanded in custody and all of the clinics in the UK have now been shut down. It is also suspected that money laundering was going on in these clinics and in this regard a man from Merseyside has been arrested.
This is an unusual case because most ‘clinics’ supplying illegal weight loss medication do so online and operate from outside the United Kingdom so it makes it much more problematic for law enforcement authorities to catch them.
Again what this case does is highlight how dangerous it is to use medications for weight loss unless they have been given to you by a doctor. In the United Kingdom there are only two legal weight loss medications which your doctor can give you and they are Reductil and Xenical. If you use anything other than Reductil and Xenical you are almost certainly using something which is either useless or dangerous.
Reductil and Xenical have both been tested by health authorities over many years in extremely stringent conditions. They have not only been evaluated for safety but also for effectiveness. Anything other weight loss medication that you come across is extremely unlikely to be able to show that it actually works and will probably just rely on testimonials from unknown supposed previous customers.
Don’t mess around with your health; don’t waste your time and money and just get the real thing.
