Funnily enough however, media web sites all over the world have been going on about the fact that Penelope has some kind of diet secret. In order to generate catchy headlines they're trying to make out that she has some sort of magic shortcut for her weight loss. What a load of rubbish!

Penelope who made an appearance recently at the Cannes Film Festival to promote her recent film Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides was looking pretty damn amazing when she was interviewed.

She said that she found the gym a little bit boring and that is why she went for dancing workouts. The latest dancing workout craze is Zumba which many women and some men claim to really enjoy and look forward to.

Penelope who is married the Spanish actor Javier Bardem said that she loved eating Spanish food but she always made a point to eat healthily.

At Ukmedix News we have always stressed the importance of simplicity in your diet. If you need to read a complicated the book and constantly count your calories you are probably wasting your time. Use your common sense and follow an eating routine which fits in with your life.

With regard to exercise, whatever you do make sure you enjoy it. Get together with friends if necessary and socialize when you exercise. If you like dancing, Zumba could be right for you.

If only everybody had the common sense attitude to weight loss and exercise in the same way as Penelope Cruz!
