Overweight Or Obese... It Will Get You Eventually

will eventually either kill you or ruin your life.

In order to live with obesity, [and let's face it millions of people in the UK do just that] you need to live to a certain extent in denial. Nobody is perfect and we do not mean to be judgmental at Ukmedix News but if you are obese and you are not doing anything about it and you are convincing yourself that you are happy and content with the way you are... you are deluding yourself!

overweight or obese... it will get you eventually

In the same way that smokers tried to ignore the huge amount of evidence that smoking kills, obese people try and convince themselves that their weight problem is not an issue and is not the cause of any present or future health problems.

Well, sorry to burst your bubble but take it from us at Ukmedix News that if you are obese it will eventually either kill you or ruin your life.  It might come in the form of diabetes, a stroke, cancer or if you are lucky you will get a swift heart attack which will kill you quickly. Whatever the case, if you do manage to get through life being obese without suffering from any adverse health effects you would be a medical miracle because all the evidence shows the opposite.

The thing about obesity is that by the time you suffer from a chronic obesity related health event it is often too late to do much about it. If you suffer from cancer as a result of obesity losing weight will help your prognosis but it will not cure the cancer.

At Ukmedix News we understand that it often takes great courage to face up to your weight problem and we also understand the huge psychological burden that obesity brings with it. Overweight people often have very low self esteem and believe that they do not have the strength and the willpower to lose weight but all we can say is that losing weight is the best feeling in the world and is something that you should do right away not only for your psychological health but also for your physical health.

If you look at portraits in museums you will notice that at least 80% of the people are fat and even obese yet the lived long as they are also old. How do you explain that?
