Oprah Piles On The Pounds.....Again

Oprah has always faced a battle with her eating

Oprah Winfrey is a fatty again! This American icon whose talk show is probably the most famous one in the world has admitted that she has boomed in weight and that now she weighs a dreaded 200lb!  She puts her weight increase down to eating too much fast food and not going to the gym. In an interview with O Magazine she is quoted as saying that at one point she felt “like a fat cow” and that she was extremely embarrassed by her condition.

Oprah Piles On The Pounds.....Again

Oprah has always faced a battle with her eating, and her weight loss and weight gain has been documented in her chat shows. Over twenty years ago Oprah lost 67lb. in weight and was a size ten, soon after she put it all back on and at her peak she weighed 237lb. Oprah then went on another weight loss marathon and got back to her previous slim self proclaiming healthy eating and exercise. She claims that in the last couple of years she has been “talking the talk” but not “walking the walk” and this has taken its toll on her weight.

Oprah says however that she is determined to conquer her obesity yet again and will be discussing her weight on her show entitled “Best Life Week” which will be aired in January.

Our advice to Oprah at Ukmedix News is that she should not put off dealing with the problem until next year and she should try to, in a small way, make changes in her diet and exercise routine right now so that she does not put on weight over the Christmas festivities. People who have a problem with weight gain should remember that they need to make healthy lifestyle choices which they stick with for the rest of their lives and that there is no such thing as a short term solution to unhealthy eating and living.

Seems like people usually get a wrong idea about diets!!! Specially girls, because once they lose weight they don’t keep the healthy diet or exercising, instead they go back to the bad habits and this is why the keep going up and down!.

Diets don’t work; the best thing to do is consult with a nutritionist to find out what is good for you!!

interesting comments, but are they made by people who understand others who gain weight easily? It is a mistake for slim people to think that a fat person should not desire the variety of food eaten by others. It is not a matter of self will or control, I challenge anyone to say no to all fattening food (which usually tastes better) day in day out month in month out! let me know if you know somebody with a healthy appitite who can do this.....and I don't mean a month but for ever!

I think Oprah must be pretty stupid or she put on weight deliberately to get attention for her new show.
