It is not going to be easy for him to revert back to his old eating habits

Regular readers of our news at Ukmedix will have read about the personal trainer and model Mr. Paul James who in an effort to fully understand how it must be to be obese committed himself to no exercise and huge amounts of unhealthy food almost six months ago.

One Month To Go For Obese Personal Trainer

Mr. James who previously weighed 12½ stone and who sported a six pack stomach began his obesity attempt on 1st January and claims that the effects of being obese are not purely physical but also emotional and psychological.  After having been eating unhealthy fried food for some time he now says that he is constantly craving fatty foods and high calorie snacks which he would previously have never even thought about. He says that his attraction to fatty food is now almost an addiction.

He also talks about the fact that he always feels lethargic and tired and how he has regular naps throughout the day. This lethargy is why so many overweight and obese individuals are thought to be lazy. He also notes that he doesn’t like going out in the evening anymore and would rather stay at home.

Mr. James who will start to lose weight again on the 1st of July has done a very brave thing by committing to this weight gain and unhealthy diet. It is not going to be easy for him to revert back to his old eating habits and he will find exercise extremely tough too. Mr. James can now fully understand what it means to be obese and he hopes that he will be able to motivate the men and women who come to him for personal one on one training to stick with their weight loss efforts.

There’s nothing like understanding a situation because you have previously been in the same place yourself and  being able to say to those people “I’ve been there too”.

I bet he wants to get fat really and he is pretending it's research. There's is no way someone would damage their health like that just to be a better trainer
