The way we see it at Ukmedix News is that obesity is a multi layered and concerted attack on good health and happiness! It seems that from whatever angle you look at the life of an obese person you will find that at some point their weight problem gets in the way and prevents them from doing and getting what they want.

For example, doing something simple like getting a job is far more difficult if you have a weight problem. Whether you like it or not employers perceive overweight individuals as being less intelligent and less hardworking and thus they are less likely to employ them. Employers even overlook an overweight person for a job simply because they don't look right.
Another way that obesity gets in the way is in relationships. The majority of overweight people are very sensitive about their weight and as a result this makes it harder for them to relax and enjoy life to the full. Whereas normal weight people are quite relaxed about doing exercise, going for walks or going for a swim if you are overweight you have to factor in a whole lot of other variables to make sure you have a good time.
Being overweight is not just a social impediment but it also has a big psychological and physiological impact. We've written tons about how obesity causes and aggravates practically all illnesses especially cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Being overweight has a negative impact on sexual function not only for men but also for women.
Men who are overweight for much more likely to require one of the three erectile dysfunction drugs Viagra, Cialis and Levitra at an early age not only because unhealthy eating damages the penile artery but also because obesity increases the production of the female hormone estrogen.
Losing weight for men and women will not only enable you to have better sexual function but you'll also be more attractive in the bedroom which will boost your confidence and in turn make you a better lover. Obesity is linked to higher rates of depression and other psychological disorders as well as low self esteem.
The list is endless! You cannot get away from the fact that obesity will somehow mess up your life in one way or another so stop ignoring it and do something about it!
