New Year's Resolution To Lose Weight....Forever

You’ll want to play the air guitar in your underwear every morning, that’s how great you’ll feel when you get yourself into shape. Putting on your clothes in the morning or taking them off at night becomes something to look forward too rather than something which is just a chore. You’ll spend hours looking at yourself in the mirror posing at different angles, flexing and generally feeling good about yourself.

Losing weight isn’t just about looking good it’s about feeling good. Not only do you feel physically better but you feel so good about yourself, you boost your self esteem and you feel braver and more confident about facing life.
If you have big challenges to face in 2010 you’ll find that you will be more likely to overcome them easily if you are slim than you will if you are overweight. Whether it’s work problems or relationship issues being slim will always give you the upper hand not only physically but also psychologically. The last thing you need when faced with a difficult problem is the extra burden of obesity.
You’ll find that the weight loss challenge is similar to hundreds of other challenges in your life which require discipline, perseverance and clear objectives. If you lose weight successfully you should take the lesson that you have learned and apply them to all aspects of your life.

So make 2010 the year in which you decided to jump out of bed every morning with a positive, healthy and fun vibe. Make 2010 the start of a decade in which you begin to live life to your full potential and the decade in which you actually enjoyed looking at yourself naked in the mirror.
In fact your 2010 Resolution to lose weight should not be a New Year’s Resolution because that sounds temporary and instead you should make it a lifelong Resolution. Good luck!

The only person who can lose the excess weight which is on your body is you! Take control, this is your life. Everything in this world is designed for people of average stature. If you don't like paying extra to have things customized for you, then change your body shape. Being healthy is a lifestyle, not a diet. There are many good tips on how to achieve permanent weight loss; none of them includes gimmicks, diets, or diet pills. To assist with weight control; keep a daily food journal and every time the urge to snack is felt, first drink a large glass of clear water. The major reason so many people in America are overweight is because we eat too much for comfort! It does not hurt to treat ourselves with something special once in a while, what is necessary is that we limit our portions and do not overeat! It is also necessary to keep our body properly hydrated, so drink a full glass of water with each meal or snack. Being overweight ******, but after reading a book, I lost 85 pounds! Words can not express how good I feel! This is a comment which I recently received about the book Lose Weight Using Four Easy Steps
