The movie star Mark Wahlberg who women go crazy about not only for his good looks but also his muscular body is letting himself go! Mark who recently starred in the film 'The Fighter' is definitely not in fighting shape anymore and even he admits that he's got a bit of a belly now.

What appears to have happened to Mark is that after a very harsh training and dieting regime for his new film which required him to be bare chested for a lot of the time he pushed his restraint to the limit and the relief of being able to relax after the film was made, meant that any self control went out of the window. Mark is quite open about that he now eats a lot of food, drinks red wine and basically enjoys himself. Marks wife, Rhea Durham has reportedly told him that he better start getting into shape and she knows what it takes after all she used to be a Victoria's Secret model.

There is a lot to be said for not overdoing it in a short period when it comes to diet and exercise because you could end up getting so sick and tired of them that you eventually never want to see healthy food or a gym again. This is especially true of people who have never really paid much attention to healthy eating or working out before and who are suddenly thrust into a very different way of life. You should take small baby steps, slowly cutting out unhealthy foodstuffs and slowly increasing the amount of exercise you do rather than shocking the system.

So many people who make New Year's Resolutions about healthy eating and diet overdo it at the beginning and so by the end of January they are completely spent and are soon back to their old bad habits.

I suppose living a quieter life would help, it is very difficult to keep to any 'healthy way of eating' if you are living in restaurants.
