Lose Weight With Lots Of Money

Written by Jane Tucker| Thursday, 01 September 2011| There are 2 comments

obesity is extremely expensive

One way of losing weight is to throw some money at the problem!  So many people claim that they can't lose weight because they can't afford to go to the gym and they can't afford the time and the money to get healthy food. Well this is a load of rubbish because obesity is extremely expensive in terms of increased health care costs, lack of productivity and a general reduction in quality of life. so forget all about that excuse and remember that any money that you spend losing weight is an extremely lucrative investment in yourself.

lose weight with lots of money

For example, sign up to an expensive gym! If you sign up to the worst and cheapest gym which is probably in a bad area you probably won't go which means that you have just thrown away the membership fee and have got no benefits. If on the other hand you sign up to a nice gym which is a pleasure to go to and extremely convenient location wise you'll get some form of return on your money. At Ukmedix News we have spoken to people who say that because their membership fees are high they want to make the most of them and thus they work out even more.

You might want to invest in a special grilling machine which means that you can cook healthily and quickly grill food rather than frying it. You should also think of other areas where you can invest in ways to keep the pounds off. How about buying a bicycle to cycle to work?

Losing weight is a massive investment in yourself which will pay big dividends not just financially in terms of greater productivity, but also socially and emotionally. Surveys show that slimmer women tend to earn more money than overweight women and that they find it easier to find employment too.

It's a cruel world out there and the last thing you need is to be overweight when trying to get ahead in life.

The NHS should offer to refund you the money for the gym if you lose the weight your doctor says you need to lose.
