Being a person that suffers from anxiety and stress about your weight means that you should stay well away from London Fashion Week! Despite designers and the fashion industry saying that they won’t employ underweight models the truth is that there is more unhealthy eating, anorexia and bulimia in this industry than any other industry worldwide.

If you are a parent with teenage daughters you should always be on the look out for unhealthy eating signs and should speak frankly and openly about eating disorders with your children. You should be especially vigilant if your children show an interest in modeling or working with fashion. Many people believe that anorexia and bulimia are not serious illnesses but the evidence is out there which shows that not only can kill but it can lead to chronic illness in later life.
At Ukmedix News we believe that the fashion industry rather than just paying lip service to concerns about anorexia and bulimia should walk their talk and start to employ healthy fuller figured models on the catwalk. Many people make the mistake of assuming that any woman with a full figure is overweight when in fact they should take the example of women like J-Lo or Beyonce who are unquestionably beautiful and sexy and yet would be classed as overweight by the majority of people working in the fashion industry.
Unfortunately when the fashion industry decides to show full figured models they tend to get women who are actually clinically overweight in an attempt to make out how open minded they are when they should be getting voluptuous healthy women to model for them with the sort of shape that J-Lo and Beyonce have. Another role model for the fuller figured beautiful woman is Kim Kardashian who is hailed as one of the most beautiful women in the world.
