Kirstie Alley On A Diet AGAIN

she just can't get her head round her weight problem

Kirstie Alley just can't get enough of her fad diets! If there was ever a woman who just needed sensible diet advice it's definitely her! Every single day she seems to be either gaining a huge amount of weight or losing a huge amount of weight and she can't do it without the whole world knowing about it!

kirstie alley on a diet again

Kirstie who was more than sixteen stone at her peak a few years ago lost more than five stone in a much publicized weight loss attempt but is rapidly putting it all back on again. Despite her promises to stay thin she just can't get her head round her weight problem.

If we had to give her one bit of advice at Ukmedix News it would be probably to go and get counseling. It is clear that she knows how to lose weight, she has the resources and the help that is required but she just seems to fall off the bandwagon every time. If she's managed to lose weight once there's no reason why she can't stay thin forever unless of course she refuses to face facts and is not honest with herself.

So many overweight individuals spend their lives having a love hate relationship with food, even gaining weight or losing it, and never just being comfortable with their diet and their size. This YoYo pattern of weight gain and weight loss is extremely bad for you and means that your weight is always a big issue in your life.

If you are on a diet (again) don't just focus on the short term but instead make a commitment for the long term. Look at the big picture, plan your life and set yourself free from the curse of obesity. Beware of diets which promise easy and instant weight loss and instead just focus on permanent lifestyle changes.

Life's better when you are slim... and you know it! (And so does Kirstie.)

This article has obviously been written by someone who does not have a wright problem, Losing weight and keeping it off is easier said than done!, I winder if the this person is a smoker and if he/she would be reasoning in the same way about not being able to stop smoking and keep it???
