still needs to lose a little bit more weight

Kirstie Alley who claims to have lost weight by following a diet which included a lot of natural and organic food products also supplemented this with a lot of exercise. Her diet technique also involved networking with others to swap tips and discuss healthy food choices.

Kirstie Alley who is now 59 years old still needs to lose a little bit more weight but she is definitely on the right track. In her prime she was well known as the character Rebecca Howe in the comedy TV series Cheers.

What is interesting about Kirstie Alley's weight loss is that in her Twitter post she described herself as having "the time of my life!" Well, we really identify with this at Ukmedix News because we know from our own research that being thin and healthy gives you a much better quality of life than being overweight.

If you are feeling depressed, miserable and generally fed up with your life why not take the first step to lose weight because it could completely change your outlook on everything you do. Little things like feeling confident when you walk into a room and being able to run up the stairs may make all the difference to your mood and this is definitely what is happening to Kirstie.

Going to the gym, which is an intrinsic part of the healthy lifestyle should also be fun. Choose a gym which has an environment that you feel comfortable in. If you like swanky 5 Star hotels make sure that you choose this sort of environment to work out in so that you look forward to your exercise routine.

Getting healthy and thin can change your life, so are you waiting for?
