According to FHM Australia the shapely bombshell Kim Kardashian is the woman with "the best body on Earth." This title which is bound to cause some controversy will come as a message of comfort to women who have voluptuous bums and big breasts! This will definitely be seen as one in the eye for the fashion industry which proclaims a message of size zero.

Kim who is only 5ft. 2in. has previously said that her big backside was something she was a little embarrassed about as many people teased her about it. Even high profile celebrities like Miss USA Shanna Moakler commented on Kardashian‘s bum reportedly calling her a ‘fat donkey.’ Well who’s laughing now Miss Moakler?
Credit must go to Kim for having lost a great deal of weight by working out in the gym everyday and taking a big interest in what she eats. Over the last year it is speculated that she has lost as much as 20lb. in weight and she credits a realisation that consistency in what you eat and how often you work out is extremely important. Kim Kardashian goes to the gym a minimum of three times a week but usually manages five times and follows a rigorous cardio/ weight-lifting regime.
Kim specifically focuses on leg and bum exercises to keep her famous bottom in shape. A great thing about thing about working these muscles is that they are among the biggest muscles in the body and therefore burn a lot of calories when they are given a workout, possibly more so than working on your arms and upper body muscles.
