One way for celebrities to get attention is to talk about their diet. There is nothing more that the public like then delving into the eating habits of the rich and famous. Some people however think that celebrities have some sort of special information on the best weight loss plans to follow.

Recently the voluptuous Kim Kardashian who is the star of the reality television programme Keeping Up With The Kardashians spoke about how she keeps her curves in shape and the temptations that she finds difficult to avoid. She explained that she used to eat all the very tasty food first at a meal such as the desert and sweet snacks and then she’d have no room left for healthy salad and vegetables.
Following advice she now makes a strict rule that before she gets to the favourite things of the meal she has to eat a salad or something healthy so that when she gets to the sweet things that she adores she doesn’t stuff her face. Kim also talked about the importance of exercise to keep her body in shape. She runs for 30 minutes a day minimum along with a whole list of other exercises. Kim who has posed for Playboy Magazine understands the importance of keeping in shape not only for her health and overall well being but also because it pays financial dividends in the business that she works in.
Nevertheless, Kim is no health freak and claims to eat ‘whatever she wants’ because ‘life is too short’. It seems that Kim has learned how to manage her weight and keep in shape her own way. It is important that any weight maintenance program is sustainable in the long term for your lifestyle. People who go on excessive diets often fall off the bandwagon because they don’t include food which they actually enjoy eating. (Oprah take note).
Kim as not ruled out posing for Playboy Magazine again in the future and says that she loves working with Hugh Hefner and the Playboy Bunnies.

Honestly,it is possibly to look like that for any woman of color...not to sounds racist or start any drama but usually woman of color and from other countries have fuller bodies than women say from europe...if you notice, she probably does eat what she wants and just does toning exercises because she doesnt have any real muscle tone that would lead you to think she works out...if you eat what you want and exercise you will maintain what you have...now if your doing that when you need to lose weight, its not gonna work because you need to LOSE the weight not maintain it..i have armenian friends and they all look just like her...thats no plastic surgery...if kim really started a forreal exercise and diet program...she would lose all of that...trust!
