Khloe Kardashian has been talking about her weight, her image problems and how they led her to become bullied at school. Khloe who is the largest of the three Kardashians sisters claims that she was called fat and ugly and that it was only her sisters support and love which helped her to hang on to her self-esteem. Khloe Kardashian is a very lucky girl to have such loving support from her family but unfortunately for many other overweight girls many of them find themselves being ostracized and excluded because of their weight.

Teenagers are hypersensitive to criticism and because of the extremely negative media perception of being overweight, an obese teenager can end up living a tormented life. Khloe who was recently speaking to the American magazine Life & Style Weekly spoke very frankly about her troubles with her weight when she was at school which should come as a big consolation to overweight teenagers going through the same thing.
She touched on the controversial subject of teenage suicide and said that she could understand that an overweight teenager being bullied mercilessly might feel no way out. She also accused the celebrity blogger Perez Hilton of bullying her with his regular criticisms of her image and referred to him as "my personal bully."
At Ukmedix News when we read about depressed obese teenagers who feel helpless because of their size we get so angry because obesity is a preventable illness and not something that anybody has to live with. Teenagers should always remember that it is possible for them to lose weight and live normal happy lives and that they should never lose hope.
They should use Khloe as an example of how obesity can be conquered and how self-esteem and confidence come from within. Khloe is now happily married to Lamar Odem and has her weight problems under control.
To all teenagers out there are being bullied because of their weight remember that they can make the decision to be slim and while the journey may be long and hard all it requires is a few small steps every day in the right direction.
