Kelly Osbourne Is Talking Diet Sense

Anyone who reads Ukmedix News knows that we have a particular phobia about celebrity weight loss tips because they are usually stupid, unrealistic and often unhealthy. However recently we noticed that one celebrity who is not usually known for sensible public utterances actually came out with a simple piece of advice which makes a lot of sense!

Kelly Osbourne who has raised her public profile recently in the program Dancing With The Stars is looking great and when asked about how she lost her weight she said that she had just started eating healthy and got lots of exercise! She also said that the great thing about her new weight loss was that because it was healthy weight loss and not fueled by starvation diet and cigarettes that her skin was looking good too.
Kelly also said that before she goes to bed (which is often a time when people are tempted to snack unhealthily) she has a fruit snack like an apple said that she doesn’t sleep on a hungry stomach. Interestingly she notes that people say you shouldn’t eat anything just before you go to bed but in fact there’s no evidence to show that it makes any difference what time you eat your food as long as it is healthy and you don’t eat too much!
The great thing is that Kelly Osborne understands that rather than just losing weight it is important to be healthy and this is radiating not only through her skin but also in her confidence and boosted self-esteem. We hope that Kelly won’t be put off by all those unhealthy skinny models at London Fashion Week and revert back to starvation diets and unhealthy eating. If you have the sort of small figure that Kelly Osborne has it makes it even more important that you eat healthily and get regular exercise and learn to appreciate your curves. If you see recent photographs of Kelly you’ll see that she’s looking better than she ever has!

Well done Kelly Osborne you have become a role model for many young people who need to lose weight. I have two teenage daughters who would like to shed a few pounds. I will lead them to your article. Thanks
