never lets her one year old daughter Honor anywhere near fizzy sugary drinks

Probably the best thing you can do for your children is to get healthy eating habits established in them when they are very young. The younger that children are when they are introduced to healthy eating patterns the more likely they are to stick with them for the rest of their lives. If your children reach their teenage years eating unhealthily the chances are they will find it extremely difficult to change to a healthy diet and they will always be susceptible to unhealthy eating binges.

Jessica Alba Says No To Sugar

Jessica Alba, the model and actress is one person who knows this and who never lets her one year old daughter Honor anywhere near fizzy sugary drinks. She is aware that if Honor gets a taste for these types of drinks she will find it hard to go without them. In fact Jessica says that all she drinks are freshly squeezed juices which only have a little bit of natural sugar in them and are often mixed up with vegetable juice.

Introducing extra sugar and extra salt into the diets of your children when they are young will make it difficult for them to appreciate normal food. Remember that all processed food comes loaded with sugar and salt and so you should try to go down the natural route as much as possible. You need to set a good example with diet. It is no good eating unhealthily yourself and then expecting your children not to do the same. If you mess up their diets when they are young you will set them up for a lifetime of being overweight and suffering from obesity related illnesses. You should also understand that your exercise habits will also impact significantly on the physical activity that your children undertake too.

At Ukmedix News we understand that it isn’t easy being a parent but at the same time you should be conscious of the big responsibility that you have.

when we were children, we ate three course meals for lunch and for supper and NOTHING was processed or frozed or pre-cooked all was fresh and cooked at home, no one was overweight and we were all healthy. We are older now and are still relatively healthy for 70year olds.
