Helena Christensen Is A Pig

Some people have all the luck eh! The supermodel Helena Christensen has recently claimed that she “eats like a pig”. She is definitely one of the luckiest women in the world for not only being beautiful and sexy but also because she can eat as she likes and it doesn’t show, [yet]!

The supermodel who hails from Denmark admitted that in the future her healthy appetite might catch up with her one day and she could have to scale back the portions. When people get to the age of 40 their metabolisms slow down and this can mean that fewer calories are burnt off, resulting in weight gain.
While it is true that Helena probably has a fast metabolism and claims to eat like to pig she also confessed to doing intense cardio and weight training. She cannot put down the maintenance of her slim body to genetic factors alone and knows that she needs to keep the exercise up if she wants to stay the way she is.
Supermodels unlike most of us have huge incentives to stay thin. They have multimillion pound contracts which will be cancelled if they put on weight and they will fade into obscurity unless they keep themselves in tiptop condition. There is no motivator like the money motivator for keeping thin.
If you are thinking of losing weight, as well as concentrating on the physical health and cosmetic benefits think also of the money that you will save. Thin people get sick less often, [getting sick always costs money], and also are more productive which leads to promotions at work and a better rate of pay. Overweight individuals find it harder to find work as there is a lot of obesity discrimination in the workplace.
You are unlikely to become as rich as Helena Christensen if you lose weight but you could definitely boost your bank account.

Anyone would lose weight for money!! I don’t blame the supermodels for trying to be super thin for money but when it becomes an obsession; there is when it gets unhealthy and dangerous. On the other hand some people are just thin because it is in their genes.
