Heather has pretty amazing legs and a body to die for

Heather Morris from Glee who plays Brittany has been talking to Womens Health magazine about how she stays slim and fit and her outlook on life.  As usual the media have called her advice Heather Morris diet secrets when in fact there is nothing secret about the way she decides to live and the way she chooses to eat and exercise.

heather morris talks about her body

Heather says that she likes to do a lot of cardio classes as well as regular squats and claims that you can pretty well eat more or less what you want provided you do so in moderation and you use your common sense.  Heather has pretty amazing legs and a body to die for and says that staying active is the way to keep in shape.

Heather is lucky that she will have no problem in keeping active as she is required to dance all the time in rehearsals for Glee. Living an active life is much better than being a desk worker all day, but you need to take a good look at your eating patterns too.  Dont just eat to maintain your weight but make certain that what you are eating is actually healthy too.

If you speak to any celebrity who has had success in keeping slim and trim throughout their career they always have simple sensible advice. Other celebrities who are always yo-yoing in weight seem to have complicated diets that they change all the time. Think of Kirstie Ally and Oprah Winfrey; why cant they just stop talking about diet and weight loss and just get on with eating healthy and getting a little bit of exercise?

We have said it a thousand times at Ukmedix News and we will say again which is that the more detailed your diet is the more likely you are to fail in getting slim. Eating fruit and vegetables and cutting down on portion size is probably all you need to do to shed weight and to maintain it for the rest of your life.
