No excuses! You need to get down to the gym right now! At Ukmedix News we believe in overeating a little bit at Christmas time but this does not mean that you can sit around on the sofa over all the Christmas holidays and carry on eating huge amounts every day!

Today is the perfect day to get to the gym! If you are back at work try and get into your usual routine of a healthy breakfast, lunch and a light supper. Remember that the New Year is round the corner and you need to make sure that you get back into healthy mode before the New Year's Eve celebrations!
A lot of people say that they feel a little bit down and lethargic after Christmas and this is partly due to the fact that overeating and too much drinking can actually cause you to feel a little bit depressed and lazy. The best way to break out of the cycle and get yourself back on track is to go and do a massive workout in the gym. don't think too much about it, just get yourself there and do the exercise!
If you have made a New Year's Resolution to lose weight and get fit in 2012 this is the time to get started. Start making plans right now, work out your exercise routines and come up with some realistic targets. Go and speak to a personal trainer this week rather than waiting for the New Year when he or she will be inundated with requests!
Think about how you felt in 2011 and if your weight has been a problem for you make yourself a promise that 2012 will be different. The only person who can make it happen is you and the only time to start losing weight and getting fit is right now.
No excuses! This is your life!
