It’s all about changing your mind set

Have you got the Healthy Living Vibe? Feeling the Vibe is extremely important when it comes to losing weight, getting healthy and getting fit. What often happens when you make that decision to lose weight, eat healthily and start working out is that you feel an initial rush of positive energy which keeps you going for a few days. This is great but what may then happen is that after this period of feeling positive you begin to wane and lose the Healthy Living Vibe.

Ukmedix News recently interviewed personal trainer Lloyd Kaber who spoke about how he sees his clients coming in with a determined mindset to get fit and lose weight but who often fall off the bandwagon after a bit. He says that his job is not only to instruct them how to eat and exercise but also to instil in them positive mental reasoning and motivation to make sure that they stick with their weight loss efforts.

He went on to say that if he can keep them going for say three months until they start to feel very good about themselves and see physical results the chances are that they will stay on track and keep eating healthy and exercising. The first three months are the big test and where positive mental encouragement is needed.

Some people who really get into and enjoy weight training and exercising automatically start to take greater care about their diets as they begin to enjoy a having a physically trim and sexy body.

When you have the Healthy Living Vibe eating healthily and forgoing big portions and fatty foods actually becomes something you want to do rather than something you have to do. You’ll find yourself doing things like always taking the stairs instead of the lift and actually feeling revolted by unhealthy food.

It’s all about changing your mind set and having the determination to continue until you break through the psychological barriers which prevent most overweight people from losing weight.
