Talk about going the extra mile eh?

Fitness Trainer Eating To Become An Obese 20 Stone

An Australian fitness trainer is so determined to be the best at his job and understand exactly the concerns and problems that his customers have that he has undertaken to become physically obese just so that he can really experience how they feel.

Mr Paul James who is 32 has been stuffing himself with calorie laden food and has stopped going to the gym which has made him put on 3 stone already.  Now weighing 15½ stone he is committed to his weight gain until he reaches 20stone. Mr James who has even worked as a fashion model in different parts of the world has been focusing only on unhealthy food and has increased the quantity too. He has even started drinking lager every evening to get some extra calories.

The idea is that he will stay at twenty stone for three months so that he can fully experience life as an obese person and then will go on a weight loss campaign and start going back to the gym with the intention of getting back to his previous healthy weight in around four or five months. Mr James explained that he always told his clients that weight loss should not be difficult, but saying this from the point of view of someone who has never been overweight or obese did not carry the same weight. He genuinely believes that by doing this he will become a better personal trainer and be able to understand the concerns that his clients have.

This quick weight gain of Mr James is nevertheless potentially dangerous to his health and he has committed himself to seeing a doctor weekly to check his blood pressure.

Ukmedix News will be following this story over the next few months and will let you know how Mr. James is getting on.

If he was not naturally overweight he will never understand the ones who are. He will lose it easily whereas the naturally overweight will not.
