regular abuse and insults with her favorite jibe being fat cow!

If you want to help a friend lose weight there are many different ways to encourage them.  Setting a good example, giving them weight loss tips or arranging for a doctor's consultation can all help, but in the case of Helen Senter her best friend had completely different ideas!

fat cow insults helped woman lose weight

Sharron Caslin, decided to give it to Helen straight between the eyes!  Her method of encouragement involved regular abuse and insults with her favorite jibe being -fat cow-! Helen weighed almost twenty stone at her peak and was classified as being morbidly obese putting her at great danger of a heart attack, cancer and hundreds of other illnesses.  Thanks to regular straight talking from her friend Sharron, Helen has managed to lose more than eight stone.

As well as piling on the insults Sharron would often remind Helen that if she carried on eating in the same way she would definitely die soon and probably die a slow and painful death. Despite their other friends telling Sharron that she should not be so harsh and mean, she continued with her direct abuse and told them that the mean thing to do would be to ignore the problem.

In fact, that is how most people who are very overweight get on with their lives... by ignoring their chronic weight problem, and ignoring the huge amount of damage that it is doing to their health. Helen can consider herself to be extremely lucky in having a friend like Sharron who was not prepared to just sit there and let her die. If only every single obese person in the United Kingdom had a friend like Sharron!

Before you go running off to insult your overweight friends just remember that a softly softly approach should be the initial way of bringing up the subject. If you are not getting any reaction, then probably that is the time to get tough. You may completely ruin your friendship so the stakes are high but you might also save your friends life.
