The way that you percieve your health in the way you eat and in the way you keep your body in good shape can tell you a lot about the character of a person. People who are overweight and obese are often in denial about what they eat and the amount of exercise that they do.

We don't need to be judgmental here but if you are the sort of person who is always struggling with their weight rather than just trying to come up with a new diet maybe you should really focus on the truth of how much you are eating and not look for an easy way out.
Taking responsibility for your weight and admitting that the reason you are overweight is purely down to your actions and not a result of anybody else, some imagined health problem or your particular circumstances is much more powerful as a weight loss tool than any diet book, nutritional tip or recipe book.
Opening your eyes to the reality of your eating habits may be daunting and frightening but there's nothing more liberating than the truth. Quite simply admitting the truth about how much you eat and how little exercise you do could set you free from obesity, obesity related illnesses and the countless other problems and issues that obesity brings with it.
Writing down what you eat in the form of a diary allows you to appreciate the overall scope of your eating habits. You should also put the amount of exercise that you do in this diary too. If you keep this diary truthfully you shouldn't have any problem with showing it to a doctor or nutritionist who will be able to advise you on changes you should make.
Honesty and truthfulness to yourself will not just serve you well in keeping your health in good shape but will enable you to live a happier and more fulfilled life in everything you do.
