a better oxygen carrying capacity and a better immune system

Everybody has their own form of exercise which they prefer and provided that they are burning calories they are on to a good thing. Some people like to promote cardiovascular exercise as being the best way to lose weight whereas others like to argue that endurance strength training is the way forward to getting into shape. At Ukmedix News we like to keep an open mind about exercise and argue that if it's working for you then it's the right exercise for you.

However, you should also take advice from personal trainers who might be able to give you a little bit of help in achieving your weight loss and body shape goals. For example cardiovascular exercise will help you to lose excess body fat but it's not going to give you bigger arms and a big chest. In the same way ladies should remember that too much strength training could give them big arms and thighs which they might not actually want.

A recent research project published by the Journal of the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology Journal (FASEB) claims that endurance exercise doesn't just improve muscle tone and fat loss but also increases blood production giving you a better oxygen carrying capacity and a better immune system.

The research which was conducted by Professor J. M. Baker, Professor Michael De Lisio and Professor Gianni Parise was done using laboratory mice and the results showed that those mice who were subjected to exercise had a lower amount of fat in their bone marrows, better circulation and more blood cells. The research paper was entitled Endurance exercise training promotes medullary hematopoiesis and was carried out at the McMaster University in Canada.

There is plenty of anecdotal evidence which shows that people who work out and eat healthily are less likely to suffer from influenza and colds as well as more serious illnesses like heart disease and cancer.
