Diet failure is often caused by the inability to deal with hunger pangs which accompany reduced calorie eating plans. If you can come up with a way of eating healthy which doesn’t leave you feeling hungry all day you are far more likely to be successful. There are number of ways in which you can make sure that you don’t feel hungry while at the same time reduce your calorie intake.

Probably the best way to keep your stomach from grumbling is to load up your diet with fibre. Fibre is not only good for your whole digestive process but it takes a longer time to digest and therefore will keep you feeling full for longer. Fibre also has a beneficial effect on controlling your blood sugar levels. Research done shows that those people who consume higher levels of fibre have more steady blood sugar levels which in turn controls appetite. Eating refined carbohydrates like white bread produces highs and lows in blood sugar levels which create cravings for food.
If you are keen to lose weight you should replace your entire refined carbohydrate intake like white bread and pastries with brown bread, brown rice, beans, nuts and vegetables. You’ll find that by adding certain types of food to your diet will not necessarily mean that you’ll have to reduce the quantity of food you eat to lose weight and at the same time you’ll feel hungry less often.
At Ukmedix News we always argue that the best weight loss diets are the simple ones and we have met people who say that by the simple fact of just increasing their fibre intake every day they not only lost weight but felt healthier, and were less likely to suffer from irritating hunger pangs throughout the day. People who eat high levels of fibre also reduce the likelihood of suffering from a number of different types of cancer especially cancer of the colon.
Why not give the high fibre diet a try?
