Do you blame your weight gain on Diet Saboteurs?

One of the most obvious reasons why dieters fail is because they love to play the blame game. One diet advice manual that we recently came across as Ukmedix News talked about the dangers of people they called Diet Saboteurs.  These Diet Saboteurs are the type of people who throw your weight loss efforts to the wind and offer you tempting snacks and meals when you should be sticking to your healthy options.

Well, can you and do you blame your weight gain on Diet Saboteurs? There is no doubt that it is important you tell your friends that you don't appreciate being offered tasty fatty food. Ukmedix News would advise you to keep away from people who have no concern or interest in your weight loss efforts, however never forget that if you are attempting to lose weight the buck ultimately stops with you and that you are the person who decides what goes in your mouth and not family and friends.

If these people ignore your weight loss efforts and invite you for example to a fast food restaurant for lunch just say you can't make it, or that you don't like fast food. Whatever you do don't go, eat a burger and chips and then blame that person for the reason that you not only went to the fast food restaurant but that you also had a burger and chips!

Dont be a victim, be the master of your own destiny and in the words of President Obama who spoke in the Houses of Parliament in Westminster you must have "a conviction that we have a say in how this story ends".

Losing weight and winning the battle against weight gain is an amazing feeling and achievement.  The only person to make certain that it gets done is you. So no excuses, just get on with it!

I don’t agree with what this article says. People don’t just lose the fight with diets because and just blame others for it. Some people just love to eat, and others just love to criticize.
