for best results tackle your hair loss in three different ways

Excuse us for the blunt speaking but if you are shedding your hair just make sure that you are not fat too because you don't want to be the 'bald fat one' till you die. If you are bald and fat you are making a statement that you couldn't give a damn about your appearance and that's not going to do you any favours.

dont become bald and fat

The only bald look which is even remotely acceptable in the lean fit and muscular bald look. (Think Vin Diesel or Bruce Willis). So if your hair is thinning now is the time to man up and get yourself into shape once and for all. It's no good relying on your lovely locks and your youthful appearance anymore because the new you will have to be a lean mean machine!

Dealing with your hair loss doesn't just have to be about getting hair loss medication but it can be targeted in a number of different ways. Obviously getting medication should be your first point of call and having a consultation with a doctor is essential. You may be able to get a prescription for the drug Propecia which has been shown to help the majority of men at least in drastically slowing down the hair loss, if not actually regrowing hair.

Once you have done this why not make a point to improve other aspects of your appearance to take the emphasis away from your balding head. For example go and spruce up your wardrobe; don't wear the same old shirts and jeans but go and spend some serious money on looking good.

So for best results tackle your hair loss in three different ways. Firstly with medication, secondly by getting into shape and lastly by buying a good quality wardrobe. You will find that if you look good you'll feel good too!
